Service Description

“Telephone counselling provides a sense of confidentiality, anonymity and reassuring if you feel nervous, embarrassed or fearful about talking” Counselling Directory. • All bookings will be scheduled weekly during the same time and day. • Please set the repeated dates into your calendar the therapist will provide you with the schedule via email. • If applicable, all package deals are non-refundable if the client wishes to cancel at any given time, they are liable for the loss and the counsellor will not be held responsible - Please refer to Clinical Framework and Cancellation Policy.
