Therapy Programme Policy
To help ensure continuity of care and the best therapeutic outcomes, the following terms apply to all Therapy Programmes:

Therapy Programmes consist of six pre-paid therapy sessions.

Payment must be made in full before the first session and received and confirmed before appointments commence.

Sessions are normally scheduled on the same day and at the same time each week to provide consistency and continuity throughout your therapeutic journey.

Therapy Programmes are offered at a preferential rate and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, service or programme.

If you require a planned break (for example, due to annual leave or work commitments), please discuss this with your therapist during your previous session so that your appointments can be managed appropriately.

Missed appointments, late cancellations or requests to reschedule remain subject to our standard Booking Policy and do not extend, replace or refund sessions included within the programme.

Therapy Programmes should normally be completed within eight weeks to maintain therapeutic continuity, unless otherwise agreed with your therapist.
