About Me

I am a Counselling Psychologist offering a confidential, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure where to begin. Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, and it is completely understandable to feel uncertain at first.
My role is to offer a calm, professional, and supportive space where you can speak openly at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy is not about being judged or told what to do. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, work through difficulties, and move towards meaningful change.
How I Work
I use an integrative approach, which means I draw from different therapeutic models according to your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
This may include person-centred therapy, cognitive and behavioural approaches, reflective exploration, and trauma-informed understanding where appropriate.
My focus is on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
Who I support
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, fear, phobias, trauma, low mood, anger, relationship difficulties, communication problems, and life transitions.
