Online Counselling & Therapy

Private online counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples across the UK, offering access to therapy without travelling to the Marylebone clinic.
How Online Therapy Works
Online therapy takes place through a secure video appointment, allowing you to attend sessions from a private and suitable location.
The therapeutic work follows the same approach as in-person sessions. We can explore thoughts, emotions, experiences, relationships and recurring patterns while considering different perspectives and opportunities for change.
Online therapy may be particularly useful if you have a demanding schedule, travel regularly, live outside London or simply prefer attending therapy from your own environment.
What Online Therapy Can Help With
Online counselling can be used to explore many of the same difficulties as in-person therapy, including:
-
Anxiety, worry and overthinking
-
Depression and low mood
-
Stress and burnout
-
Trauma and difficult experiences
-
Anger and emotional reactions
-
Relationship and communication difficulties
-
Confidence and self-esteem
-
Life changes and personal challenges
Suitability can be discussed where your circumstances or therapeutic needs may require a different form of support.
My Approach to Online Therapy
Online sessions are active, collaborative and exploratory rather than simply providing a listening space.
Depending on what you bring to therapy, we may examine assumptions, recurring patterns, emotional responses and different interpretations of situations.
I work integratively, drawing on CBT-informed approaches, psychological understanding and reflective exploration according to your individual circumstances and goals.

What to Expect
Online sessions are typically 50 minutes and are arranged in advance.
You will need a reliable internet connection and a private environment where you can speak comfortably without interruption.
Your first session provides an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to work on and how we might approach this together.
Online Couples Therapy
Online appointments are also available for couples.
Sessions provide an opportunity to examine communication, conflict and recurring relationship patterns while considering both partners' perspectives.
